Here is the rundown of this festive evening:
5:30–6:00 p.m. check-in. Close to 100 will be attending so it will take time to check you in and assign you a bid number.
Plenty to do 5:30–7:00 p.m. Photo booth is open. Volunteers will be there to dress you up as a Bavarian and take your picture with your phone or camera. Get your picture with Patrick Mahomes!
Silent auction tables open 5:30–8:00 p.m. More than 100 items available to bid on. Bid early and bid often!
Drink table open 5:30–8:00 p.m. Up to three tickets per person can be bought for $2 each. Assorted beers, wine and soda will be available. Water, tea and coffee will be free.
Buffet opens shortly after 6:00 pm.
Live auction at 7:15 p.m.
We are still in need of workers. Short amounts of time are needed that night. Signup sheets will be in the narthex every Sunday and online.
